“Netgain is really proud to be the first organization Sweden to be accredited as an Accredited Training Organization for Service Automation. We have been using the Service Automation Framework for two years, and really find it a useful approach to design automated services. The certification is based on the Service Automation Framework, Service Automation Framework Alliance, which is underpinned by the techniques to structurally take steps to develop automated services.
“Netgain is one of the best possible partners for the Service Automation Framework Alliance,” said Jan-Willem Middelburg, author of the Service Automation Framework book and guidance. “Netgain is one of the pioneers in Service Automation, and was one of the first organizations to adopt and adapt the Service Automation Framework in their consulting approach. I am very proud that they have now been accredited as an ATO as well, and I think we are going to see great things from Netgain in the coming years.”
